اللجنة الادارية

نصت المادة رقم 10 من النظام الأساسي للمجمعة علي تشكيل و إختصاصات اللجنة الإدارية:-

يكون للمجمعة لجنة إدارية تنتخب من الجمعية العامة وتتكون من سبعة أعضاء يمثلون شركات التأمين وجمعيات التأمين التعـــاوني الأعضاء بالمجمعة علي أن يكونوا من بين رؤساء مجالس إدارات الشركات وجمعيات التأمين التعاوني أو نوابهم أو الأعضاء المنتدبين أو من بين شاغلي وظائف الإدارة العليا بهذه الشركات والجمعيات ، وتختار اللجنة الإدارية من بين أعضائها رئيساً وتكون مدتها ثلاث سنوات.
