Administrative Committee

  Article No. 10 of the association’s statute stipulates the formation and terms of reference of the administrative committee:

 The association shall have an administrative committee elected by the general assembly and it shall consist of seven members representing insurance companies and cooperative insurance associations who are members of the association, provided that they are among the chairmen of the boards of directors of companies and cooperative insurance associations or their deputies or managing directors or among the occupants of senior management positions in these companies and associations. The Administrative Committee shall include a chairperson among its members, and its term shall be three years.
